Know the situation

Yep, still couting down. But, I also wanted to remind myself to know the situation. Riding on the street is certainly different than riding on the track. Any idiot on 2 wheels can tell you that. But, even when you're on the street, there are different situations.

Canyon Riding:
Remember to use the Vanishing Point technique and riding at the Pace.

Riding with others:
Don't forget the Group Riding fundamentals.

Lane Splitting:
If you're crazy enough (I'm not certifiable, but I won't deny my insanity). Then do you're family a favor and remember Lane Splitting 101

Good Riding can be developed by good training

As I count down the days (hours, minutes and seconds) until I get to pick up Robyn and ride her home after not having ridden since July (the Laguna Seca MotoGP weekend) and not having even OWNED a bike since April 20th (when my tricked out CBR600RR was stolen). I'm reminding myself that all of the training I have had will come back to me quickly with just a little seat time.

Just so I can have one spot that has all my old California Superbike School experiences together, I'm putting all the links to them here:
Level 1
Level 2
Level 3
Level 4

If this helped you, leave a comment.

So, I started blogging

My significant other, who's been blogging for a while now, convinced me to start blogging. So, I setup my own blog.
So, here's my first entry. Only 27 days until I can buy Robyn . . I can't wait. smile
