07/02/2006: "Stolen!!! And Recovered . . Thanks Lo Jack"

Robyn was stolen sometime between 10:30pm last night and 10:00am this morning. I came out to take a peak at her this morning after watching MotoGP . . and she was gone.

I paniced (naturally).

I called the police department, filed my stolen vehicle report and told the police she had a Lo Jack installed. So, I was nervous and shocked. Didn't hear anything for about 5 hours . . . and I was beginning to give up hope.

Then, I got a call from a fine Detective. "Sir, We've recovered your bike. We've also made an arrest. We'll need it until Wednesday to do fingerprinting and what not. "

Hell Yeah!!!

So, to all you riders out there that love their bikes . . get the extra added security of Lo Jack!!

I haven't had a chance to actually see her yet to tell if anything is actually wrong. But the detective said it was still in the van with the disc lock on. So, I'm hoping nothing was really done.
